My name is Steve Scarre. I'm an experienced, professional mediator based in Yorkshire, and a fellow of the Civil Mediation Council. While I cannot be more specific about my clients, I can say that I've conducted high-level mediations involving a major political party, a 'household name' organisation, national charities, local business organisations, and large educational institutions.

  As a member of the Senior Executive Team, I helped to oversee the merger with another large college, embarked on an £85 million capital build project, and as a result of funding cuts, drove multi-million Pound efficiency savings. I also made regular trips to China, where I developed relationships with several colleges and universities. I was the Risk Champion for the College, developing and implementing risk policies and procedures, which were lauded by external agencies.
