Complaints Procedure

My aim is for your 100% satisfaction in my services, however should you have cause to complain, I will do my utmost to deal with the matter promptly and professionally. In the first instance, please contact me to discuss and hopefully resolve the issue(s). All complaints will be acknowledged in writing within five working days of receipt.


All complaints will be investigated and responded to within 21 working days of receipt. On occasions, further time may be required, in which case the complainant will be notified of this in writing.  
If my response is not accepted by a complainant, he or she can appeal to the CMC on certain grounds. Details of the CMC's appeal processes can be found here.


Please be assured that any complaint you may have with my services will remain strictly confidential and that this in no way will affect any future business with CSS Mediation.
