Video Mediation
We offer mediations via video conferencing. While conventional mediation sessions are held face to face, the use of video conferencing software has several advantages:

A participant can join the mediation from the comfort of home or place of work, making it more convenient

It removes the necessity for participants to meet face to face

Costs are reduced, as no travel expenses or room hire charges will be incurred

Mediations can take place irrespective of where participants are located, provided they have access to the internet and a smart phone, tablet, or computer.

Private one-to-one sessions between mediator and each participant will still take place, as the host (mediator) can temporarily 'remove' other participants from the video session to ensure absolutely privacy

Files/documents can be shared privately
